The DP3 was developed to meet the requirements of the production workshop
:
strength, user-friendliness and versatility.
• The DP3 series is the most precise three-roll machine in its category. The
RGS design minimises the distance between the bending points,
thus guaranteeing greater bending accuracy.
The MCS bearing system with 4 independent bearings for each bending roll is a
standard feature of the DP3. It guarantees greater reliability (higher
load capacity) and increases the inclination range of the side rolls, resulting
in
greater versatility when rolling cones.
The ultra-wide roll supports, complete with lubrication circuit, are mounted
above the
carriage to prevent wear. Another important
standard feature that increases the machine's versatility is the
roll shaft extensions, which allow the installation of dies for bending
profiles
and tubes.
The very high rotational power is a guarantee of the superior
rolling torque and
rolling speed of the DP3, which are available without any loss of power,
since all three rollers are driven independently by hydraulic motors and
gearboxes
that are directly coupled to the roller shafts.
